SCREEN SECTOR DEVELOPMENT
CONSULTANT
I work across talent, production and industry, developing people and building partnerships to shape a more authentic, inclusive and accessible screen sector.
Looking for my next
opportunity
to make a change.

This is me

I’m a Screen Sector Development Consultant and Producer with 20 years’ experience across HETV and film production.
Over the past six years, my work has evolved into a strategic focus on talent and workforce development, industry engagement, strategic partnerships and regional screen growth, while continuing to work directly within the industry as a producer and consultant.

My career spans major productions with Warner Bros., HBO, BBC, Universal and Disney, alongside senior industry engagement and workforce development roles.
Most recently, I was Training Liaison Manager for Wales at ScreenSkills, working across industry, education, training and government to connect skills provision with the evolving needs of the screen sector.

I work at the intersection of people, industry and opportunity, developing talent, building partnerships and creating stronger connections between the workforce and the organisations, productions and communities they serve.
My work is driven by a belief in a more authentic, inclusive and accessible screen sector, with sustainable opportunities for talent wherever they are based.

As an HETV and Film Consultant and Producer, I bring first-hand production experience and a practical understanding of how the industry works, from production and locations to crew, regional logistics and delivery. This allows me to work credibly with productions and organisations while understanding the wider strategic challenges facing the sector.

I have worked extensively with production companies, broadcasters, government, local authorities, training providers, education and industry organisations, developing partnerships and programmes that support talent development, regional growth, access and progression. I have also supported positive-action initiatives designed to create more equitable pathways into the industry for underrepresented communities.

Born in Wales and raised in Yorkshire, I have a strong connection to regional screen development and a particular interest in building sustainable creative ecosystems beyond London.
I bring together industry knowledge, trusted relationships and practical delivery to connect people, skills and opportunity and to contribute to meaningful, lasting development across the screen sector.
